How do I get paid?

Agents are paid via direct payment monthly on last Thursday of every month. Payment is made by direct payment only. You can add your bank details securely into the app.

Do I need additional insurance?

No you are covered under our professional indemnity insurance cover. We also have Public liability insurance to protect our customers.

Do I need any specific qualifications or experience?
A)
No. Experience of the insurance industry is desirable, exceptional customer service and professionalism are essential and everyone must have excellent communication and PC/App skills.

Am I directly employed by Claimsplanet?
